Brownies

Baker’s Brownies: 1. Oven: 350 F, Pan: 13”x9” 2. Microwave 4 oz (4 squares) unsweetened chocolate, 3/4 cup. butter/margarine on HIGH 2 min. or until butter melted. 3. Stir until chocolate melted. 4. Stir in 2 cups sugar. 5. Blend in 3 eggs (4 eggs for extra-fudgy) and 1 tsp. vanilla. 6. Add 1 cup flour. 7. Mix well, pour into pan. 8. Bake 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs. 9. Cool, remove from pan, cut, serve.
